I have purchased two separate flight tickets, one on Scoot and one on a partner airline. I am nonetheless connecting between these two flights and I would still like to use the Scoot-Thru service. Will I be able to?

You will not be able to pre-purchase Scoot-Thru. You may, however, purchase Scoot-Thru on the spot at the Scoot-Thru transfer desk at Transfer E in the Terminal 2 transit area upon arrival in Singapore. This is only eligible for connections between Scoot flights or between Scoot and Tigerair flights.

Do note, because your flights do not belong to a single booking itinerary, in case a delay causes you to miss your connecting flight, we will not be able to book you onto the next available Scoot or partner airline flight. You will be responsible for any required rebooking.
