How do I purchase Scoot-Thru?

Only when your connecting flights belong to a single booking itinerary, Scoot-Thru may be purchased with your booking on flyscoot.com and the Scoot mobile app, or at the check-in counter when you check-in for your flight. You may also purchase it on the spot at Scoot-Thru transfer desk at Transfer E in the Terminal 2 transit area.

Do note, if you purchase Scoot-Thru on the spot at Transfer E, re-booking service onto the next available flight in the event of a missed connection is not included.
