For most journeys, you will already receive your boarding passes for both flights in your journey when you check in for the first flight in your journey. Your baggage will also be tagged and transferred to your connecting flight from Singapore to your final destination. When you transit in Singapore, simply remain in the transit area and proceed to board your connecting flight.
However, if you’re connecting between Scoot flights or between Scoot and Tigerair flights and your journey departs from Bangkok or China, you will still receive your boarding passes separately. Take note of the following:
- When you transit in Singapore, head to the Scoot-Thru transfer desk at Transfer E in the Terminal 2 transit area.
- Present your itinerary, passport and any checked baggage tags to the counter staff to receive your boarding pass for your connecting flight.
- Make sure you’re at the Transfer E desk at least 90 mins before your connecting flight departure time.
