Can I make changes to my interline ticket?

Yes, if you are interlining between Scoot (TZ) and Tigerair Singapore (TR) and your booking is made on www.flyscoot.com from 12 Jan 2017 onwards. Except for origin/destination changes that are not permitted, name and date changes may be performed up to four (4) hours before the scheduled departure time of flight. Name change for any guest must apply to all flights for that guest on the booking.

For all other interline tickets, only changes related to contact details, such as contact name, numbers and email, may be made, and must be done within 12 hours of your booking. These changes must be made through the Scoot Call Centre. Beyond 12 hours, contact detail changes are not permitted. Please note that name, date, time and origin/destination changes are not permitted at any time.
